If you have not received or lost your VIP codes please contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to help you. You will need your VIP account information to verify your VIP Membership.

Please have ready the following information so we can help you quickly :

  • VIP Account Holder Name
  • VIP Registered E-mail Address
  • VIP Membership Order Number
Please note it can take up to 72 hours for your codes to be delivered to your e-mail address after you have made your VIP Membership Purchase online. Please ensure you check your junk/spam mailbox as sometimes our e-mails may filter into these.
